Television

I present the CBS Reality series Murder By The Sea, but have also featured as a crime historian on a variety of other programmes

Expertise

I have appeared on several programmes, talking about the history of crime, often utilising my experience researching women and crime, and crime reporting. I featured on the BBC series Pubs, Ponds and Power, talking about the Cromford lock-up in Derbyshire, and on the Amazon Prime documentary Confessions of a Psycho Killer, discussing the potential for a serial killer to be rehabilitated. I was also featured on episodes of the series Murder Maps, looking at Victorian murder cases

I present the CBS Reality series Murder By The Sea, also being involved in archival research for the programme, and have featured on the programme since 2019. I also appear in the Louise Shorter-fronted series Wrongly Accused, for the same channel.
